Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon grated ginger
-
1 bell pepper, sliced
-
2 carrots, sliced
-
1 zucchini, sliced

Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice.
