Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Time - 25 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 carrots, sliced

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Set aside.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Add sliced beef to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.

  • Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

  • Serve the beef and vegetable stir-fry over cooked rice.
