NO KNEAD BREAD

This is the easiest recipe of all time, and all you need are 4 ingredients and a Dutch Oven.
3 1/3 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
Mix all ingredients in a bowl the night before you want to bake. Cover and set aside. 12 or so hours later, heat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with your Dutch Oven inside. While your oven preheats, turn your dough out onto a floured surface and gently work into a ball (do not knead). Cover and let sit an additional 25-30 minutes. Using a Bench Scraper, move your dough ball onto a sheet of parchment paper and carefully lift into the Dutch Oven. Place lid on Dutch Oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove lid and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
***Scoring the loaf is optional. If this is something you would like, do this step when your loaf is on the parchment paper before you lift it into your Dutch Oven. You can use a very sharp knife, or a Bread Lame.
