SANDWICH BREAD

MAKES 2 LOAVES
1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
1/3 cup honey
2 cups warm water
Approx. 5 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp melted butter
Combine water, yeast, and honey in the bowl of a standing mixer. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until yeast bubbles. Add butter and salt, then slowly begin adding flour. Mix with dough attachment until dough pulls away from the side of the bowl. If it seems too sticky, add more flour 1 Tbsp at a time (It may take an additional 1/2 - 1 cup of flour to reach the correct consistency). Once dough is desired consistency, cover and set in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Once dough has risen, turn out onto a light floured surface and divide into 2 equal pieces. Take each piece and flatten out into a rectangle. Roll like you would a jelly roll or a cinnamon roll, and place into greased loaf pans. Cover again and let rise for another hour.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven. Best if left until fully cooled before slicing.
